University Energy Project
Berkeley Controls have secured a contract to radically reduce the energy usages across all buildings at the Brunel University in west London. The project will include the development of global control strategies to set back temperatures and occupancy patterns across the entire estate, whilst maintaining a safe comfortable environment. The Universities Energy team is fully committed to ensure that Brunel is a leader in the fight to reduce their CO2 emissions and impact on the environment.
Brunel is a world-class university which received its Charter in 1966. The name of Brunel University has become as well-known and respected in engineering circles as was the name of Isambard Kingdom Brunel a hundred years ago.
Brunel has been chosen to be part of the official London 2012 Pre-Games Training Camp, and is already a training base for the British Athletics team.
