Following three years in the design process and a two stage tender, the multi-million pound development starts on site this month; M&E services was designed by Foreman Roberts & Partners and awarded to Nottingham based M&E services contractor Hilton Mechanical Services. The new facilities will increase capacity for breeding Guide Dog puppies from 1,110 to 1,550 per annum in accordance with the Guide Dogs strategic targets.

Tough sustainability targets set by the association, will deliver a range of low carbon technologies including biomass boilers and rainwater harvesting all integrated with the Trend IQ3 series of controls to provide a fully integrated BMS solution.
