Four Seasons Group acquires Lincoln Green BMS

Four Seasons Group (FSG), a leading heating, ventilation and air conditioning services group, has acquired Lincoln Green BMS (LGBMS).

Following the successful acquisition of Berkeley Controls in April 2010, increased staff will bolster the Controls and Energy Division, headed by Ray Wall. Ray will look to blend the complementary skills of LGBMS and Berkeley Controls’ Midland office, to accelerate the growth of the Controls and Energy Management Division. read more.
